I found the staff VERY helpful, especially Ahmet! He arranged everything I needed and answered all my questions. The location IS excellent, near the tram. The rooms offered decent space and felt clean. I appreciated how close the hotel was to the tram.
I noticed slight noise from the elevator when it opened and closed near my room, though it wasn't a MAJOR issue.

I found the hotel had a great location near the tram station. the staff, especially ahmet and haluk, were very helpful and kind. the rooms were clean and a decent size. i also enjoyed the breakfast. It had a good variety of options.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in the room, but it was very minor.
